How do we open our offices safely during the Corona Virus Disease (COVID 19) Pandemic? This course will use the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) information and incorporate it into a workable office plan. The CDC is constantly updating the procedures as supplies become available. The plan has to be flexible to allow for this. You will need to continue updating the material given in this course.


COVID 19 is primary transmitted via respiratory droplets produced when the infected person speaks, cough, or sneezes. Droplets can land in the mouths, noses, or eyes of people who are nearby or possibly be inhaled into the lungs of those within close proximity.

Transmission can also occur through contact with contaminated surfaces followed by self-delivery to the eyes, nose, and mouth. Aerosols of droplet nuclei floating in the air in close proximity is uncertain. Over long distance the transmission is unlikely.
