This course is geared towards the general dentist contemplating developing orthodontics into his practice and those who already have orthodontics (Invisalign), and you find it is not working. This course does not replace qualified classes in orthodontics. In fact, if you are thinking of entering into orthodontics, you will need a qualified Orthodontist to refer too. He is part of your team that would include a periodontist, and an oral surgeon.
You do not make a great deal of money in orthodontics unless you are seeing a large number of patients and you have a well-trained staff who can take a large percentage of the load from you.
You have to want to do this out of the pure knowledge of orthodontics. You can cut and place a three-unit bridge for the same amount of money you would receive for a two-year orthodontic procedure. The bridge only takes two appointments and is completed in two weeks on the outside.
I would recommend you hire an orthodontist and see how the procedures are done....
